I’m 18 And Took Zoloft For 3 Days And Quit

I’m 18 and took Zoloft for 3 days and quit for various reasons. While many things have returned to normal I still have sexual side effects over a week later. Is the issue psychological at this point? I am concerned given that this only came from 3 days of use
