I'm 18 In A Couple Weeks, 41 Weeks And 2

I'm 18 in a couple weeks, 41 weeks and 2 days pregnant.
I've had a stopped up ear for 2 days. I went in ER three nights ago for dizziness and chest pain. They asked if I had ear aches or throat pain and I didn't. Next morning I woke up with a clogged ear. I took shower before I went to the ER. I tried to use an earwax removal kit. Had the bulb and earwax drops. Didn't work whatsoever. Fluids only came out (the drops). I'm now developing an extreme headache.
The last time I went to an ER for ear a yr ago they told me I had a minor swimmers ear. Went home, three days later I was back with fever and all. So I refuse to go to an ER where they are only there to rush u back home. So Is there any help at all??? I cant hear out of my ear. Its my right ear. And when I touch my ear it sounds like a drum. I want to be able to hear when I get induced this week just in case anything goes wrong, or needs to be done, etc. Please help, and thank you tons!
