Im 18 y/o now and just having a 4'10" height. i really really want to increase my height, what growth vitamin would you recommend me to take? I've heard about PeakHeight. Is it effective? Thank you. And please, is there any other best solution for this? Because i have read some of your answers, i dont want to and never ever gonna take surgery.
