I'm 18 Years Old And I Have Recently Had Blood

I'm 18 years old and I have recently had blood in my semen. It was light red not brown. Not just that but right after I have urinated blood as well same color. This all happened after masturbation. I don't masturbate a lot in fact its rare. I haven't had sex since March of this year. I don't have any discomfort while urinating or any of that. This has happened twice and have yet to contact my doctor.
