I'm 18 Years Old And I Took An Ipill And

I'm 18 years old and i took an Ipill and I'm now experiencing severe abdominal pain and nausea. It started a week after consumption along with bleeding which has now ceased.I also have PCOS. Is there any cause for concern and can you recommend medication.
