I'm 18 Years Old, Have Been Sexually Active In The

I'm 18 years old, have been sexually active in the past and have a sore or cut on the crease of my prepuce of clitorus. Lately I had been really itchy down there and scratching made it go away but sometimes I would scratch so hard I would bleed. Now I have a sore it cut, I'm not sure which because it doesn't necessarily bleed but it's raw on the spot I desrcibed above. And my labium majus has been dry. I've been researching and very worried. I don't want to tell my parents or go to the doctor because I am afraid. I'm not sure what to do
