Im 19 And I Got A Blister On My Foot

Im 19 and i got a blister on my foot right bleow my big toe from wearing the wrong shoea when i was walking. I left if alone and eventually it popped. Now i walk alot ao i think another one formed in the same spot but popped before i noticed it. That was about two weeks ago. But this morning i was walking around my house barefooted and felt a little airry poo on my foor and looked and in the same spot was extra white skin that looked like it had dryed up and popped

I want to know two things.isnt a okay to take the white skin off now and b why didnt it ever fall off my its self
