I'm 19 Yrs Old Female..I Have Pimples On My Cheeks

I'm 19 yrs old female..I have pimples on my cheeks which are red in color and some turned to black spots also..from the last ten days I'm using acnil soap..and also using erytop cream in the night..But I can see nothing changed due to them.plz help me out to reduce my pimples and spots..
