I'm 2 Months Post Partum, And I Got The Depo

I'm 2 months post partum, and I got the depo shot at my 6 week check up. I barely started what I can describe as a period. Started 3 days ago. It started with light bleeding. Now today I started bleeding more heavily and started having back pain. Just like my normal periods. Everything up to this point feels like a normal period but an hour ago I expelled a mucusy like clot. And I've expelled more like this in the last two hours. At least two more mucusy like clots. Is this something g I should be worried about?
