I'm 20 Years Old And Have Experienced Small Amounts Of

I'm 20 years old and have experienced small amounts of bright red blood in my stool twice in a week out of about 5 bowel movements.
The stool itself is normal looking in texture (not runny or hard) and color (not black).

I have no pain during the bowel movements.
I've had very slight discomfort (almost unnoticeable) in my waist and abdomen. It comes and goes and doesn't last that long.
