I'm 20 Years Old And Recently Started Being Sexually Active.

I'm 20 years old and recently started being sexually active. I had ParaGard inserted 3 weeks ago and 4 days ago, I started noticing gray vaginal discharge and a metallic taste to my secretions. There's no burning or itching sensation during urination or intercourse (last intercourse is 7 days ago). I can still feel the string of my IUD, and haven't had any other foreign obeject inside. No history of yeast infection, UTI, or STD. Is the discharge/smell related to IUD or something else?
