I'm 20 Years Old, Weight 35 Kg. I Was Diagnosed

I'm 20 years old, weight 35 kg. I was diagnosed with Spine tb 3 months back and am taking Akurit 4 (2 tablets ) since then along with multivitamins. But my latest MRI report showed no improvement (abscess size same and pus didn't reduce) and the doctor increased the dose from 2 to 2.5 tablets. Will this cure my problem or do I have to take other medications ? Am I allowed to sit and walk as normal or complete bed rest is advised ?
