I'm 20 Yro Female. I've Been Having Pulsating Tinnitus In

I'm 20 yro female. I've been having pulsating tinnitus in the right ear for the last few months. I have been having nose bleeds from the right side too. I have frequent headaches around my eye, down my neck and all over my head. The pulse is stronger around my right eye and temple than on the left. I have been seeing doctors and they can't figure anything out. I have had TMJ in the past. My dentist is fitting me for a mouth guard. My ENT has ordered aCAT scan of my sinuses. My vascular specalists ran a MRI of my head and it was normal. Recently my eyes feel heavy on one side and droopy on the other. My mother noticed the right eye does not blink fully closed and the left eye kind of lags. I had the dropsies today felt like I kept dropping things. My tongue and roof of my mouth is numb on the right side. I'm stressing out about all this. I can't sleep. I've lost 20 pounds. I'm down to 99lbs at 5ft.
