I'm 21 And 29.5 Weeks Pregnant.. I've Had Some Complications

I'm 21 and 29.5 weeks pregnant.. I've had some complications early in like placenta Previa which disappeared before 14 weeks. After masturbation my femal ejaculation (squirt) was clear.. Yet a few minutes later a yellowish substance.. Odorless and kind of a golden color wiped off on towel. Not a gush of water however I do not know to tell water from ejaculate. It's the same color. I've been experiencing some discomfort in the belly are but no sharp pain or anything.
