I'm 21 Female , I Do Have Some Anxiety Issues

I'm 21 female , I do have some anxiety issues however tonight I've had. A really weird feeling in the top of my left shoulder. More uncomfortable than anything. My heart rates fine I'm not short of breath. I'm just concerned. Cardiac issues run in my family as well. Should I be concerned
