Im 21 Weeks Pregnant My Heater Core Went Out In

Im 21 weeks pregnant my heater core went out in my vehicle. Im a pizza delivery person and i was inhaling antifreeze fumes for about 3 hours can this harm my baby or me? I found out the heater core went out when i got home and antifreeze was all over inside on passenger side. Do i need to schedule a appointment bc when i woke up today i was coughing and it was burning my chest?
