I'm 21 Y/o Male An EMT In PM School Actually.

I'm 21 y/o male an EMT in PM school actually. Been feeling chest pressure for 2 full days. Pulse Reg 82, BP 128/82, RR 14 non-labored. lung sounds bi-laterally equal and clear. EKG showed possible depressions in the QRS. No CP- just pressure. No previous cardiac history, no stroke history, not diabetic. What would be your thoughts?
