I'm 21 Years Of Age, I Already Lost My Right

I'm 21 years of age, I already lost my right ovary due to an ovarian cyst of 10.1cm. Two months after my surgery I got pregnant. My pregnancy was okay. Until now on the left side where my ovry is from my ovrty to around my navel have a very weird shape I went to the dr had an abdominal ultra sound and internal ultra sound done and it shows my endometrial thickness is 8mm also inside my vaginal to the back pass the cervix if u insert a finger and press against the wall u can feel a tiny boil, that's pretty hard. Every week my abdomen keeps increasing more in Shape and size. I don't wanna loose the only ovary I have left. Help!!!
