I'm 21 Years Old And Stopped Taking The Birth Control

I'm 21 years old and stopped taking the birth control shot back in February of this year and had 3 periods since I stopped the shot and now it's been 60 days since my last period. I've taken a pregnancy test a week ago and it came back negative. What's wrong with me?
