Im 21 Years Old, Since I Was Young I've Always

Im 21 years old, since i was young I've always had pain in my leg joints. I couldn't play sports because of that. However, my doctor said it was because i have flat feet. The pain was always present whenever it was cold or whenever i was standing a lot. Now, the pain is getting worse specially with cold weather. But the only difference is that i have joint paint all over my body. Specially hands. Could it be arthritis?
