I'm 22 And Have A Baby Tooth That Does Not

I'm 22 and have a baby tooth that does not have an adult tooth above it. However, the tooth is starting to feel slightly loose and the gum is tender. The tooth in question is the left fifth tooth from the center (the first tooth to become thicker moving toward the back of the mouth). What treatment is there?
