I'm 22 And Have Recently Been Prescribed 20mg Adderall Ir

I'm 22 and have recently been prescribed 20mg Adderall Ir twice a day. I am also asthmatic. I had noticed 3 days ago that the left side of my chest (possibly heart) hearts when I cough. I'm not sure if this is related to the Adderall. Neither I, nor any of my family members have a history of heart problems that I am aware of. Anyone have an idea of what the issue can be?
