I'm 22 Weeks Pregnant. Have Recently Seen A Cardiologist And

I'm 22 weeks pregnant. Have recently seen a cardiologist and had EKG and ECHO. he assured me I'm not having cardiac problems but today I feel very anxious and have periodic prickly sensations in my chest area around my sternum but a little higher. I have no other symptoms. Should I be concerned?
