I'm 22 Years Old I Got In A Accident 4

I'm 22 years old I got in a accident 4 years ago now I'm paralyzed from the hips down and I have a bed sore and I can see the bone I've been going to wound care for 3 months but its just not making any progress and every passing day I get weaker and loose more weight I'm on and in bed rest and lately I've been having spasms around my wound and they hurt so bad they make my cry so bad that it wears me out until I fall a sleep I'm worried because its getting worse or its just that its not getting better and online I see cancer and bone infections how long until that become a factor ive had this sore for 1 year almost thank you for your time god bless you
