I'm 23 Years Old I Used To Smoke A Half

I'm 23 years old I used to smoke a half /whole pack a day and I drank heavy on and off. Pretty much the only time I do didn't drink was during my 5 pregnancies. I don't smoke any for and I hardly drink, but I'm afraid I may have some type of cancer. I constantly feel like there is a lump in my throat, I had a tonsil stone that went away. I now have a lump next to my right tonsil and slight ear ache on in my left ear. I always have this weird feeling for the past month and a half in my chest and back when I breathe in deeply.I have to swollen lymph node under my chin. I'm just now starting to get really bad acid reflux. I have been taking a lot of different medications so I assume some of my synthoms are side effects but I don't think the problems with my throat are. My doctor said if was sinuses but the prescription she gave me hasn't helped at all in fact the lump on by my right tonsil didn't appear until way after I started my sinus medicine. I'm just really nervous and would like any advice. Thank you.
