I'm 23 Years Old Male. I Have Extra Foreskin That

I'm 23 years old male. I have extra foreskin that does not look at all plesant. I am unable to retract my foreskin both when erect and not erect. The head of my penis is very very sensitive, always has been. I saw my GP and he recommended I have frenuloplasty + circumcision. My question to you is will the head of my penis be sensitive post surgery and how does it loose its sensitivity? also will I loose significant or some ability to have an orgasm post surgery?

Just want to know the main and likely problems that can come out of going ahead with this surgery. Thank you
