I'm 23 Yr Old Male With Severe Pain In Upper

I'm 23 yr old male with severe pain in upper abdomen and black tarry bowel movements and dizziness and nauseous. I went to urgent care. They said I was not anemic and white blood cell count was not high. They gave me nexium and carofate to take. Pain is still severe and had diarrhea truce and still nauseous. Should I go to ER
