I'm 23.my Periods Are Regular Normally. It Happend On 22nd

I'm 23.my periods are regular normally. It happend on 22nd on february last time.I felt that it was going to happen around 25th march but had to take Norlute-n to delay my periods on 30th of march.still no flow.a small clotted dark red blood drop and a discharge came out but no flow.i'm depressed and i want my periods.
