Im 23yr Old Female And Been Haveing Stomach Pain For

Im 23yr old female and been haveing stomach pain for going on 5 days now.. The pain is in the middle where the belly button is located.. I feel bloated.. Some times i feel like i have to burp but ut wont come all the way up and at times it do.. I have been kaking bowl movements and its been like a light brown color abd soft what could be wrong
