I'm 24 weeks pregnant. I am currently taking high blood pressure medicine due to having really bad high blood pressure. My hands and feet and face are still swelling, my blood pressure is still going up, my back has been hurting for two days and my vagina area, I am constantly having a headache and now having diarrhea should I call my obgyn?
