I'm 24 Years Old A Few Months Ago I Had

I'm 24 years old a few months ago I had a episode of afib after having a full check up there was no cause found but after letting them know I was taking caffine pills drinking energy drinks and tea all day long they said that was most likely the cause if so as long As I avoid caffine am I likely to have another episode of afib?
