Im 24 Years Old.married.i Had Periods Problem From Long Time

Im 24 years old.married.i had periods problem from long time but last 7-8 months my period is almost off.its paining physically.last day doctor give me a medicine called norestin for period.is it safe or i need a medicine for clear bleeding either i m feeling too pain.headache & weight incrasing day by day
