Im 24years old ,i have baby girl .before merrige my weight45 kg n height 5.6 .after baby my weight 80kg.baby birth with c section.two years complete my c section .but my weight still 70 to 80. Exercise.walk.diet .every thing use but no result.plz guide me.thanks alot.
