Im 25. I Had My Tubal Ligation Done Almost 2

Im 25. I had my tubal ligation done almost 2 years ago. Ive been experiencing horrendous nose bleeds that wont clot. Ive been to the er once and they were able to stop with a nose spray. But huge snake long clots came out after. Ive also had a heightened sense of smell. And experienceing extreme nausea when I smell certain smells. Any idea whats wrong?
