I'm 25 Weeks Pregnant And I Went To The Hospital

I'm 25 weeks pregnant and I went to the hospital last night because I had a migraine for the past 36 hours. I ended up having a low grade fever as well. They gave me fioricet to see if it would help but it didn't. I told them I had been taking Tylenol extra strength every 6 hours. They said the only thing they could do is send me home unless I wanted to go to the ER. I've been at home all day with a headache still and can't go to the doctor again because of the snow outside. What do you recommend I do?
