I'm 25 Years Old , I Found Out I Had

I'm 25 years old , I found out I had mild dysplasia when I was pregnant back.in 2012 , at my 6 week check up the dysplasia went down . My last pap smear was Nov of last year. It came back.abnormal and high risk for hpv . My question. Is can hpv clear up longer than 2 years ?? My other question is I noticed a week before my period I get irritated down there is that common in women before they start ?? And what exactly causes it ??
