Im 25 Years Old, I Recently Went To A Function

Im 25 years old, I recently went to a function where loud music was played in speakers. After some time I went close to the speakers to watch the performances closely. After 10..15 minutes I started feeling a little uncomfortable due to loud music but I ignored it as it was negligible. But when I left the hall I felt little pain in my chest, left arm and back. Does this indicate heart problem
