I'm 25 yr old female working as a software professional. I weigh 144lb and my height is 4'11". For breakfast, I take fresh home made juice (1 apple, 1 cucumber, 1 beetroot, 2/3 celery stalks, 5/6 carrots) and for lunch, I eat 2 Roti with any curry and buttermilk. For dinner, I will have either 2 roti or rice. And before I sleep, I will eat 3 oranges and in anytime during the day I will have 1 pomegranate. This is my daily diet. I get hard time to go to the gym. I am taking thyroid medicine every day. And I think too much for things and get depressed very quickly. But I am asked to lose weight as I am overweight and the doctor suggested me to lose weight to plan the pregnancy. Plese help me with the diet and also exercises that I can do at home
