I'm 26 I Haven't Had Sex In Like Month An

I'm 26 I haven't had sex in like month an a half 2 months I started getting a bunch of bumps on my thighs on both sides they started out like white bumps like mosquito bites kinda an I started scratching them an kept on till they Bled bc they really itches now there all scabbed up an there's still some that are still white bumps that I haven't popped but when I pop them or should I say squeeze them clear stuff comes out an I've had it bout 3 weeks now an last week or so I noticed I have about 5 or 6 little small red bumps on the head of my penis here an there but they don't itch but I can squeeze them an clear stuff comes out an they scab up like my thighs an also I'm getting bit right above my penis like under my stomach it itches sometimes but mostly my thighs an I know I don't have anything bc my wife just went an got checked for everything like a month ago is this fleas or what?, thanks for your time
