I'm 26 Weeks Pregnant And Having Bad Lower Stomach And

I'm 26 weeks pregnant and having bad lower stomach and back pressure. Started this morning and two nights ago I got up to urinate and when I stood up off the toilet I had a severe severe pain in my lower right side of my stomach where the baby is. I've done my kick counts today and they are all very low and I'm not sure if I should go to the hospital or not
