I'm 27 I Had My Tubes Tied In 2010. I

I'm 27 I had my tubes tied in 2010. I had serious pain in my lower abdomen and woke up out of sleep with this pain it felt like a bad contraction. My period was February 16 the last day of it. It wasn't normal but did have clots some like little ones. Could I be pregnant?
