Im 27 weeks pregnant and had pempagoid gestanosis with my first pregnancy and a couple days ago I noticed a bump pop up on my labia thinking it was just a ingrown hair I left it alone. But now a couple days later the spot has grown and is hard, red and it's tender and causing swelling on both sides of my labia. It's very painful to sit and go to the bathroom. I have an appointment in the morning but don't know if I can stand the pain and discomfort until then.
