Im 27,i Had A Severe Pain In The Lower Abdomen

Im 27,i had a severe pain in the lower abdomen and usg showed hemorragic collection and was diagnosed with right ovarian cyst rupture...the gyne decided to manage it conservatively but even aftr 3wks pain persisted and i had difficulty in passing stool...usg was repeated and found that sigmoid colon was inflammed due to the hematoma formed between right ovary and colon and they were adhesed to the pelvic wall...the i underwent a laproscopy par abdomen on 19/10/2016 and i was feelin ok relieved of pain...i had sex on 25/10/2016 6 days later with my husband and it was painful on deep penetration so we decided to stop...but after the intercourse i have a mild doscomfort and paon in the suprapubic region...is dere anything to be worried of?? Could something have gone wrong internally
