I'm 28 Weeks Pregnant And Having Pain In My Back

I'm 28 weeks pregnant and having pain in my back and it goes to my stomach I've had it for going on 5 nights it's gotten to were I have trouble sleeping at night I've been losing a white gooey discharge when I pee it's not very much but it is there what could be causing this.
