I'm 29 And Have High Cholesterol And Triglycerides My Cholesterol

I'm 29 and have high cholesterol and triglycerides my cholesterol was 252 last year I don't know what it is now but I have the result my weight is 192 I'm 5'6 and my BMI is 31..and I had one Peorid all year I'm not pregnant... Hormones are OK.I don't no what to do I can't get rid of the weight... I was pregnant with twins 3years ago..lost one.....and now everthang seems to be going wrong...
