I'm 29 Weeks Pregnant And Developed An External Hemorrhoid About

I'm 29 weeks pregnant and developed an external hemorrhoid about 2 days ago the size of a small grape. Looking for some relief and wondering how to decrease the swelling as its quite uncomfortable. Can I use preparation H suppositories? Is it only gonna get worse? I'm scared more will develop. I'm 5'5 and 136 lbs. Regular bowel movements and very active. Desperate for some help!
