I'm 29 Weeks Pregnant With My Second Child, For The

I'm 29 weeks pregnant with my second child, for the past two weeks I have had enlarged veins in my right leg. Not my left. Its also a little swollen and started bruising randomly on my thigh, knee area and calf.should I be concerned?
My blood pressure is normal, I've been checking it daily since I had helps syndrome as well as severe preeclampsia with my first pregnancy. So far this one has been healthy other than my leg
