I'm 29 Yrs Old, Started My Period Yesterday And Since

I'm 29 yrs old, started my period yesterday and since last night, my stomach and lower ribs have been hurting horribly. I slept almost all day today, it hurts so bad i almost can't stand it. I've never felt this before during any of my periods. Haven't been hungry today but when I finally ate, the pain got worse. It has been constant since it started last night. I feel very nauseous. Do i need to go to the er
