I'm 30 Years Old, 163 Cm, 54 Kg, Recent Year

I'm 30 years old, 163 cm, 54 kg, recent year having late periods (before it was on time always), period cycles are getting longer and longer, it is now 60 days passed my last period and I didn't get my period. Before my periods for a week I will see brownish blood stains ( I have them now). Is it possible that It is a case of premature
menopause? I'm studing in China and I don't have any access to an english speaker doctor here!
