Im 30 Yrs Male, I Have Severe Hail Fall Almost

Im 30 yrs male, i have severe hail fall almost bald head. still im facing severe hair fall which makes me feel very depressed. One month ago i have visited one sr.Dermotologist and prescribed Morr forte 5% and finpecia tablet. still hair fall drastically falling down now doctor adviced to take Morr forte 7.5%.
Kindly suggest me if Morr forte 7.5% and finpecia tablet help me for stop hair fall and regrow if possible.
